Better support decisions
Issues get prioritised with project deadlines, site realities and business impact in mind — not just by who logged the loudest ticket first.
Led by former construction CIOs who understand how your technology stack should work — and how to get the most from it.
Having led technology functions inside some of Australia's most successful construction businesses, we understand what matters to project teams, what slows finance and operations down, and where compliance, governance and reporting need to stand up under pressure.
Issues get prioritised with project deadlines, site realities and business impact in mind — not just by who logged the loudest ticket first.
We know the construction application stack and the gaps between it, so we can improve how your systems work together instead of simply keeping them online.
From cybersecurity to reporting and vendor oversight, decisions are shaped by how construction businesses actually need to operate, audit and scale.
Cintech doesn't just keep systems running. We improve the way they work together so project teams spend less time working against the technology, IT teams spend less time firefighting, and leadership gets clearer information to make better decisions.
Our services combine reliable day-to-day support with the construction-specific knowledge needed to simplify systems, reduce friction and move information where it needs to go.
Practical security guidance shaped around project delivery, site access, subcontractor risk and the expectations construction businesses face around resilience, governance and controlled access to critical systems and documents.
Responsive support for office and site teams, backed by former construction CIO oversight, so issues are handled with a better understanding of urgency, business impact and what is at stake when projects need to keep moving.
Infrastructure upgrades, cloud work, application projects and integration delivery completed with a construction-first mindset, helping you improve environments without unnecessary disruption to live projects or core operations.
Ongoing support for the construction applications your teams rely on, including integration maintenance and optimisation, so the stack stays stable, aligned and useful long after the original project goes live.
We get your construction systems talking so data moves more cleanly between project, finance and reporting platforms — reducing double handling, improving visibility and creating better outcomes without replacing everything.
Senior construction technology leadership without the full-time overhead, helping you make better decisions on vendors, roadmaps, reporting, governance and where to invest so IT supports the business more effectively.
At Cintech, we know construction IT and have worked through many technology challenges in the industry. Having successfully led IT functions of some of the most reputable builders in the country, we've learnt what really matters when it comes to effective construction IT that can make project teams' lives easier and improve the quality of decision making at leadership level.
